Hamburg Bikes PSR GmbH is a registered German company whose business is the operation of a bicycle workshop. We look after the bikes people really use: commuter bikes, city bikes, family bikes and weekend tourers.
Our approach is simple. We inspect first, explain what we find in plain language, and agree the work with you before a spanner is turned. Parts that are fine stay on the bike. Parts that are worn or unsafe get replaced, and we tell you why.
A well-kept bike is cheaper, safer and more enjoyable than one that is ridden until something fails. We aim to make regular servicing straightforward: easy to ask about, easy to understand and fairly priced.
Repairs, adjustments, servicing and fitting work for everyday bicycles.
Inspect, explain, agree, repair. In that order, every time.

Choose a service to see what it covers. If your issue is not listed, describe it in the contact form and we will tell you if we can help.
A structured check of the whole bicycle, from brakes and steering to wheels and lighting. You get a clear list of what is fine, what needs attention soon and what should be fixed before your next ride.
Brakes that bite smoothly and gears that shift cleanly make every ride safer and quieter. We adjust, replace worn parts and set the system up to work as a whole.
From a simple puncture to a wheel that wobbles, we repair and replace what is needed so the bike rolls true and holds air.
The chain, cassette and chainrings wear together. Cleaning, lubricating and replacing them at the right time keeps pedalling efficient and avoids more expensive damage later.
Make your bike ready for daily use in Hamburg traffic and weather. We fit and adjust the practical extras that turn a bicycle into a reliable way to get around.
A regular service before the busy season or ahead of winter keeps small wear from turning into breakdowns. We clean, adjust, lubricate and report back on what to plan for.
We keep the experience simple and honest, so you always know what is happening with your bike.
We explain what we found and what it will cost. Nothing is done without your agreement, so there are no surprises when you collect your bike.
If a part still has life in it, we leave it. If it is unsafe, we tell you why.
Correct tools, proper adjustment and a final check before the bike leaves.
